When using running insoles, should I take the original insoles out of my running shoes? - running insoles
Due to some knee pain I had in the run I had a few models I to my sneakers. While this should be a matter of common sense, I am sure that if you put it into my shoes in the state or whether they get the original templates that come with running shoes.

Yes defiently get the original investment. As with any integration, this must be done:)
Delete the original model.
