I'm an Eevee in the game, and I wondered what (Element e) be in the cave, so you can become an Umbreon and also where can I find the item (s) whose j I need. Any help would be appreciated

You first have to beat Rayquaza. Then, when the cave appears to evolution, you have to go to Neptune's field, behind a locked door at the 20th Floor. Go to the cave and use the tape when questioned on the subject. Then you develop your Eevee into an Umbreon, D
